Roast Level: Medium Roast |

Tasting Notes: Sweet - Full Body - Plum |
This lot of direct trade coffee from the San Francisco Estate is an ongoing project between Cuvée Coffee and Jose Antonio Salaverria to methodically and sustainably increase quality at the farm level.
Using coffee grown on only the top of the mountain known as Cerro Las Ranas, this higher elevation creates a denser coffee bean, allowing for a more consistent roast and a broader range of flavors.

Cuvée is the Best… great customer service !!!
Coffee was excellent
You can make this one in any style. Flavor is just balanced overall. It gives you that great feeling when you take the first sip. And then you just want to keep going. Flavor is consistent batch after batch. Highly recommended.
I've loved every Cuveee roast I've tried so far, and El Salvador is no exception. Smooth and just plain delicious, this roast has just enough body to account for it's medium roast status, but still light enough to offer a nice caffeine kick. Since I started really getting into cold brew, I've found El Salvador is a perfect match for this and really holds up well even after a few days in the fridge!
Very easy drinking coffee. The smoothest of coffees with a lasting finish
