Use fresh roasted coffee and grind immediately before brewing.

WATER TEMPERATURE
Use clean, filtered water that is 200 degrees fahrenheit(hot = bitter, cool = sour).

COFFEE/WATER RATIO
Use 1 gram of coffee for every 15-17 grams of water.

CONTACT TIME
Coffee and water should remain in contact for about 4 minutes.

STORING YOUR COFFEE
Store your coffee in an air tight container away from heat and sunlight.
