HOW WE SHIP
Our roastery hours are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p (except holidays). All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
We use USPS and UPS, so please use their transit times to estimate the delivery date.
Items returned to our offices due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, will have a shipping fee added for re-delivery.
*Please note Cuvee Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages while in transit. Please contact your local carrier for claims.
14-DAY RETURNS ON ELIGIBLE ITEMS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 512-264-1479.
Unopened, unused items can be returned for a refund. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days to process your refund.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com or call 512-264-1479 within 5 business days of receiving your shipment for a refund or replacement.
