The hard working team at Chalabal Estrella are no strangers to exceptional coffee production. Starting with carefully selected seeds, coffee is grown, cherries are selectively picked at the peak of ripeness, wet milled, fermented, then sun dried.
This entire process results in a coffee full of complex flavors and sweetness that you are sure to enjoy as a filtered coffee or single origin espresso.
I have tried as many different roasts as I can from the different local roasters and this is the best. Tremendous flavor! I now order this monthly. 10/10

For me in an espresso preparation I didn't find the tart flavors. Guatemala is a delicious coffee though. I will be adding it to my rotation for sure. I think it's excellent bean for iced coffees, lattes and cappuccino's.

Always find it difficult to pick as both coffees never fail to please my palate each morning. Guatemala is my favorite single origin coffee by far!! Nothing smells better than fresh ground Cuvée coffee beans each morning!! ☕️

Since i moved from Austin, TX, i have comtinued to order rhe Cuvèe Coffee West Pole beans. Its the only low-acid, full-bodied, dark roast coffee that i can find. I want strong but have to be careful about heartburn. I love this coffee!

I have tried many different Ethiopian coffees- this is the best! Very smooth, with a mild blueberry taste at the end. So glad I have found Cuvée!
