This coffee is named Cascavel Vermelha, after the rattlesnake that makes its home in and around coffee farms.  This pulpy Brazil is loaded with sweetness and notes of red fruit that are common with the natural process.

Origin: Sul de Minas
Altitude: 800-1110 MASL
Varietal: Catuaí, Mundo Novo, Icatu, Obatã, and Catuaí Rubi
Process: Natural

Beans were too old, oil had gone rancid. Nasty, threw the entire batch away. Very disappointing. No idea how they would have tasted if fresh.
