Tasting Notes: Caramel - Hazelnut - Touch of Acidity
Italian for “North Star” or “Guiding Light” this Espresso Blend is our beacon for quality, craft, and product in one. It’s where we continually look to make sure we are steadfast in our commitment to produce the absolute best product possible.
This blend of coffees from Central and South America include both washed and honeyed processing in order to create an espresso that combines body, sweetness, acidity and a clean aftertaste.

I buckled down and bought a new grinder and espresso machine after a couple of decades of not having access to DA. Stella Cometa was the first coffee I brewed in the machine and I'm super glad that I did. It's by far one of the best coffees I've ever tried and works perfect for espressor or milk drinks!

This is one of my new favorites. I brew in my Flair Pro 2. Water at 195 to 200 degrees F. I brew two shots into my favorite cup and then enjoy life. This coffee is not overly roasty. It's just the right amount. It is full bodied and has a wonderful flavor. I like it all by itself without milk. Definitely give this one a try.
