Robust Flavor
We were using another brand of coffee in our Breville espresso machine. Decided it was time for a change, but there are a million choices. Researched how to pick the proper bean. Dry beans are important, as I learned. Cuvee coffee came up as a choice and I did not know there was a local (Texas) brand. I am a big fan of “shopping local”. So I bought two different espressos to try. Stella Cometa is the winner and we are now on monthly delivery. This is a full-bodied, rich tasting coffee. There is no bitterness. It is a wonderful way to start my day as I am enjoying my cup while writing this review. It is the deep flavor that we were looking for.

True Love for Karmadillo
For my birthday, my ex gave me an espresso machine, a generous present for himself so he could have the coffee he enjoyed at my place. I used a French Press, so for the machine, I had to switch beans and he introduced me to Karmadilla. I no longer like the man but the beans have withstood the test of time. I imagine my future love's will enjoy it as well!
