Job Summary and Company Mission

This position contributes to Cuvee Coffee’s success as a Wholesale Account Representative whose mission is to generate excitement, brand awareness and to drive sales & exceptional customer service! The position is responsible for customer retention, educating wholesale customers, taking part in special events. This position reports to the Director of Sales and works alongside Director of Training.

Key Responsibilities

> Be a point of contact for all wholesale accounts and work directly with Director of Sales to resolve issues
> Train baristas, shop managers, shop owners while in shop and coordinate with Director of Training on curriculum
> Maintain brand awareness and seasonal offerings to the wholesale customer
> Identify any issues that may affect the performance of Cuvee Coffee and report back to the Director of Sales
> Schedule and perform regular cuppings and tastings in wholesale accounts
> Manage communication between the shop and Cuvee Coffee
> Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts thru networking
> Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a strong desire to nurture new wholesale customers
> Drive participation in local/regional coffee events and other events to introduce our brand and products
