THE BREWERY: STRANGE LAND BREWERY
As ambitious as they are philosophical, Strange Land Brewery owners Tim & Adam officially began brewing with a torrent of exceptional beers. Primarily old world beers, Strange Land's style is tenaciously loyal to the idea of place (they boast the only brew system fully constructed in the Texas hill country) and a deep conviction to serve as sign posts in the modern beer world by extolling what is good and true and virtuous about beer.
Strange Land Brewery stands to honor the great places that have borne some of the world's finest beers.
And last but certainly not least, SLAB BBQ will be on hand because the discovery of phenomenal beer and the ability to take it home in a huge-ass can is worth celebrating with mouth-watering BBQ.
