Brazil Is Back

Brazil Is Back

If you’ve been waiting for Brazil to come back, you’re not alone.

It’s been one of our most popular coffees for a long time, and we’ve heard from a lot of you asking when it would be back in stock. The short answer: it’s back now—and we’re really excited about this one.

Why I Love This Coffee

Brazil has always been one of those coffees that just works.

It’s smooth, balanced, and incredibly easy to drink. You get those classic notes—chocolate, a little nuttiness, a subtle sweetness—that make it a great everyday cup. It’s the kind of coffee you can brew any way you like and it’s going to show up well.

For me, it’s one of those coffees I keep coming back to. It’s reliable in the best way—it delivers exactly what you want, every time.

About This Coffee

This lot comes from Fazenda Queixadas in the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, one of the most well-known coffee-growing regions in the world for its consistency and quality.

Grown at around 1,100 meters above sea level and processed using the natural method, this coffee develops a deeper sweetness and fuller body—exactly what you want from a Brazil.

You’ll find chocolate-forward notes with hints of ripe fruit, a full, balanced body, and a smooth, lingering finish that makes it incredibly versatile across brewing methods.

The Grower

This coffee is produced by Margarida das Graças Silva, an award-winning grower in the Cerrado Mineiro region.

Her work has been recognized with a 2nd place finish in the Carmocer Champions Stage (2025) and as a finalist in the Cerrado Mineiro Region Quality Award—which speaks directly to the level of care and consistency behind this coffee.

She farms Yellow Catuaí, a variety known for producing clean, sweet, approachable cups, and operates with a strong focus on sustainability and traceability, including certifications like Rainforest Alliance and participation in the NKG NexPresso program.

This is the kind of coffee that reflects not just the region, but the people behind it—and that shows up in every cup.

A Daily Driver

Not every coffee needs to be complicated.

Brazil is approachable, consistent, and versatile. Whether you’re making your first cup of the day or brewing something to share, it’s a coffee that fits into your routine without overthinking it.

It’s also one of our favorites for subscription because it’s the kind of coffee you don’t get tired of.

How I Brew It

I keep it simple with this one, usually a pour over with a 1:16 ratio and a medium grind. It brings out the chocolate sweetness and keeps everything really balanced.

It also works great as drip, which is part of why I like it so much. It’s consistent, easy to brew, and always delivers a solid cup.

If you’re into espresso, this one also shines as a single origin. It’s smooth, chocolate-forward, and easy to dial in.
