This coffee comes from the North Sumatra and Aceh regions of Sumatra. It is wet hulled, a practice that is only done in Indonesia, giving it a unique flavor profile.

Indonesian coffee often share a full body, low acidity, earthy aroma and notes of warm spice (cinnamon & cardamom) with a nutty finish.
Definitely give this a go! Good as what I used to get from a local roaster, now shut. Makes a great cup via V60 and my go-to for a pour over.
