Following his father’s footsteps, producer Ricardo Tavares has dedicated his life to the coffee industry. It was always Ricardo’s dream to own and operate coffee farms, and, years after beginning work in coffee, he acquired Fazenda Primavera, which is the ultimate fulfillment of that goal. The 980 hectares planted with coffee are not just a farm but a property he and his team have built into a regional exemplar of the possibility of specialty coffee production in Brazil.
Social and environmental sustainability have always been integral to the farm’s operations and it is of great importance to Ricardo that production techniques minimize environmental damage.

Responsible for about a third of all coffee, Brazil is by far the world's largest coffee producer. Brazilian coffee often shares a medium body, low acidity, nutty aroma and notes of bittersweet chocolate.
Cuvée Brazil is a chocolaty nutty delight and my new go to coffee!
We enjoyed it. I made it in a poor over and a moca pot. The moca pot coffee was also good with milk.
This coffee has a great, balanced taste that works well for french press or cold brew.
Cuvée Brazil is the only coffee we will drink! It has become a staple in our household and when our guest taste the coffee we make they always exclaim “best coffee! What is this?”
