First thing you notice is the beans are dry, not oily, but yet extremely fragrant. When I brewed this in my French Press you notice the beans are fresh and when I grind them fresh the bloom was amazing. This is not your typical over roasted "craft" coffee. I'd call this a light/medium roast and you do not get those bitter flavors that you get from other roasters. I picked up butterscotch and almond from my first sip, I love this coffee so much I could drink it cold not problem. Another subtle and smooth coffee from Cuvee.
Great flavor and blend!
I absolute adore the rich complex flavors that arise from this coffee in espresso form. The depth and deep rich crema are pretty well unmatched when u get a quality bean blend literally roasted a few days before arriving to my door. I will say a bit sour on aftertaste and cannot seem to tweak variables to alleviate but still paltry in comparison to how good it is!!
Best espresso on the market!
