A thing of myth and folklore, the Jackalope is a legendary creature in the South described as a jackrabbit with antelope horns. Similar to this animal hybrid, our decaf coffee also brings together 2 unexpected characteristics, the great taste of coffee with no caffeine.
Using a natural decaffeination process, we are able to preserve the wonderful flavors of the coffee while allowing you to get a little more sleep tonight. So long as this mysterious beast doesn't haunt your dreams.

Process: Washed
We found 102 dedicated farmers in the Grupo Asociativo Café Andino Especial. Joined together by geography and a mutually shared desire to produce high quality coffee, these farmers each have their own micro-mills and parabolic covered drying patios so each coffee can be harvested, milled, and dried according to the needs of the individual farms terroir.
This exceptional treatment of the coffee at the farm level is what makes this decaf shine.
The Jackalope decaf is pretty good. We usually blend it with the Cuvee Colombia or other caffeinated ones, but it's pretty good on its own, too.

I’ve tried a lot of decaf coffee and let me tell ya…
This is some of the best decaf I’ve ever had. The smell and the rich, smooth flavor I have not found anywhere else. I will keep coming back for this decaf coffee because it’s so dang good.

A new favorite!
In order to limit caffeine, but still enjoy several espressos throughout the day, I pull half caff shots. I’ve been mixing this with Stella Cometa and it makes a really nice espresso! I’ve also tried Jackalope on its own and it’s equally delicious. This will be one my staples going forward.

Really good taste smooth with no side effects
Was hoping to get off caffeine with this product or have a less amount of caffeine by blending this jackolipe with karmadillo only issue for me is I like to make rich espresso in the morning and you need an espresso roast to get that thick crèma so I’m back to Karmadillo but will miss the awesome taste of Jackolope and will probably be going back to Jackolope for decaf cravings

I normally despise decaf coffee, but ordered Jackalope for my wife. Tried it myself and really enjoy it. Good strong & smooth flavor that makes a great before bed beverage or a nice treat when you don't need an energy boost.
The Jackalope decaf is pretty good. We usually blend it with the Cuvee Colombia or other caffeinated ones, but it's pretty good on its own, too.
