|Roast Level: Medium Roast|
|Tasting Notes: Crisp Citrus - Smooth Body - Sweet Toffee & Caramel Finish|
A shining example of what you would expect from a Central American coffee. Crisp citrus on the front with a smooth body that finishes like sweet toffee and caramel.
La Cordillera of Dipilto is a Natural Reserve with a beautiful biodiversity of flora and fauna, located very close to the frontier with Honduras. Besides the perfect ecosystem, various water sources, and the beautiful diversity of flora, fauna, and nature, this region is also famous for its delicious coffee. In fact, it’s known as the capital of specialty coffee in Nicaragua.

Specialty coffee is what makes Dipilto such a well-known area. Conditions such as elevation, soils, and microclimates make this community ideal for exceptional coffees.
This new Nicaragua is insanely smooth. There's natural sweetness and a hint of something close to peanut butter that tastes incredible. This one is great black but it's also a showstopper with milk.
What a smooth well balanced coffee. Citrusy is a great definition of what this medium roast gives you. One of the best new single origin coffees Cuvee has to offer will try again and again.
This is one of the best coffees I've tasted. Sweet and smooth.
Always impressed with Cuvee coffee and this is a great release
