Just under 40% of all coffee in the world is produced in Brazil - around 3.7 million metric tons annually. With so much coffee produced, it’s no wonder that the country produces a wide range of qualities. This coffee is harvested, carefully sorted and processed with attention to detail, making it one of the more prized coffees in the region.
I've ordered Brazil a few times in the past, and always remember it's rich, complex taste and smooth finish. I normally like to add steamed oat milk to my morning routine, but Brazil is so good on it's own. I usually do a pour-over and drink it black. It's an awesome way to start your day, or if just need a great cup of coffee to get you through your next task!

Brazil
Always a solid cup of coffee. One of my favorite growing regions done justice for sure. As a long time mail order customer, the quality is still as good as when I bought bags off the shelf at East 6th Coffee Bar. There have been some changes to how quickly I get my coffee as scaling has happened, but as long as the quality doesn't suffer I'm happy to adjust my ordering schedule to compensate.

By far my favorite Cuvee Coffee. This is my “go to,” flavor and consistency make it my top choice. I would highly recommend Brazil to a beginner coffee person up to a Coffee Snob.
