Grinding

Perfect coffee begins with the perfect grind. Consistency and particle size directly affect the flavor of the cup. This holds true no matter what your preferred extraction method. From press pot to Clover, to La Marzocco espresso machine, the proper grind is crucial to beverage perfection. Based on our own experience, we offer proven espresso grinders from Rio , La Marzocco and Ditting.

Ditting is the manufacturer of Swiss-precision commercial and industrial coffee grinders for in-store use to grind coffee to uniform particle sizes from pulverized Turkish powder to Coarse grind.

DOSERLESS GRINDER BY DITTING

Ditting's ON-DEMAND Espresso Grinder gives your customer the freshest cup of espresso and eliminates coffee waste by grinding only the portion you need, when you need it. Each shot is ground on demand to eliminate the use of pre ground, stale coffee. The shot time is electronically controlled to maintain dosing consistency. Grind adjustments are simple and accurate to help the barista maintain proper extraction times. Ditting has long been the standard for grinding burrs and the KE640 is designed for long lasting, precision grinding. The 3.3 lb hopper is easy to remove and clean and the grinder design lends itself to ease of cleaning and servicibility.
